Welcome to OUZO Bar & Dining. A Mediterranean bar and restaurant inspired by our recent travels through the region, Ouzo offers a glimpse of all the beautiful food, fresh produce, exquisite wine and premium hospitality experienced in countries like Greece, Spain, France & Italy.

As you enter you'll find the bar, a quintessentially European  combination of alfresco, booth & bar seating. With an 80 bottle wine list from sommelier Jean Emmanuel Draillard, an extensive cocktail list (including 5 types of martinis) from head mixologist Euan Ferderer & the perfect Mediterranean snack menu from head chef Ignacio Morales, the bar is one of a kind. No bookings, no turn times for tables just walk-ins only so come on in whenever you like and stay as long as you like, there's always a seat here waiting for you.

Upstairs you'll find the dining room. Soaked in natural light from the sky lights and the adjustable roof, the dining room will be the perfect spot for anything from a long lunch to a late dinner. Head chef Ignacio Morales has created the perfect Mediterranean menu, cooking over woodfire to enhance flavours. From traditional dishes like slow cooked lamb shoulder & taramasalata with warm pita bread to burrata & wagyu sirloin cooked over woodfire, this menu explores a range of flavours and dishes from the Mediterranean and has something for everyone.
